Install a new electric pump on the floor of the skid steer near the fuel tank outlet. Power for the electric pump can be drawn from one of the unused 1/4" disconnects by the main wire harness coupler. I have removed the fuel pump and have since learned that for this model there is a plastic ring that breaks down and clogs the return. As best I can tell, the CASE part number is A156735 which is indicated in the picture below.
It has an after-market auxiliary low-pressure fuel pump that feeds into the 2-filter housing (picture 2 with auxiliary pump removed.)
