After mounting the backhoe on the machine and hooking up the hydraulics, I found a switch on the left side hand control that turned on the aux hydraulics. Local guy has a quick attach D100XR Case backhoe for sale. I`ve asked him if I can haul my 1840 skid steer to him to try it out. I realize this isn`t a 580 Case hoe but it may be handy. Anyone have/use one of these little hoes?

I have NO mounting brackets on my 753G - I can either purchase a set or try to use the ones that COME WITH the backhoe. I did quite the same thing: Converting a Bobcat 905B skidsteer mount backhoe to a tractor. Your backhoe is two sizes smaller than Bfreaky's, and mine is two sizes smaller than yours. I run it on a Zetor 3011, weighing 1500kg or so. The digging force is comparable to an 800-1000kg mini excavator. I had a Case 1845C with a Case D125 backhoe attachment I sold to buy the Ford 4630. No way would I try to mount that backhoe on the front of a tractor. It was heavy and had 2 bars that "strapped" it to the machine to keep it from moving.
